Jimmy has over 36 years experience in the Houston area. He knows many Realtors, builders, brokers, loan officers and other professionals in the business. He constantly works with this network to sell your home. Jimmy's clients describe him as intuitive, knowledgeable and hard working.
The Franklin Team's philosophy is to do the best job for the client and to make the experience as pleasant as possible. The team's retention is second to none.
When he's not working, Jimmy is usually relaxing by the pool at his lake house in the hill country. He loves spending time with his children, exercising and traveling.
Andy has over 23 years experience in the real estate industry, including mortgage finance. Andy's background in finance really compliments the Home Buyout Program, while his extensive sales experience is the main reason he helps sell so many homes. He frequently tours listings to see what suggestions he can make to improve showings and attract buyers.
Andy's personal time is dedicated to his wife and three young boys, Zachary, Cameron and Brady. He is a coach for the boy's sports teams during just about every season of the year. He enjoys the outdoors and his season tickets to the Houston Texans.
Sarah is Jimmy's daughter and a 2006 graduate of Texas A&M University. She has worked in residential real estate for over 12 years, all with The Franklin Team. Buying or selling a home is the largest transaction a homeowner will undergo. Sarah's communication and dedication to her clients always facilitates a smooth transaction. Her awards include RE/MAX 100% Club and Rookie of the Year from RE/MAX Grand.
Sarah loves spending time with her family (especially her 2-year-old daughter, Logan and newborn son, Jackson). She enjoys working out, shopping and traveling.
Andrew is Jimmy's son and a graduate of Washington & Lee University. Before joining the team, Andrew worked in investment banking for approximately 6 years, primarily on mergers and acquisitions. Andrew has been around residential real estate since he was a kid and learned early that putting clients' needs first is always smart business.
Andrew is an avid sports fan. He spends most of his time with friends and family, watching or playing sports and traveling.
Alex rejoins the team after nearly 3 years of serving as the Listing Agent for one of Houston's largest residential real estate firms. During his time away Alex successfully listed and closed over 560 properties across the Greater Houston area; giving him the experience needed to get the job done. Alex's fact based approach provides full transparency and brings simplicity to an often over complicated process. Outside of selling homes Alex can be found spending time with his wife and young daughter as the family of Native Texans enjoy everything that our great state has to offer. As a former college athlete and an avid off-road motorcycle competitor Alex will bring his competitive nature to the sale of your home.
Ed has an extensive knowledge of the real estate industry as he's been in the business for 20+ years which include experience in mortgage lending, management and ownership. His business philosophy is simple and can be summarized in the phrase – treat people how you want to be treated. Realizing the real estate industry is not second nature to everyone, his goal is to simplify the process so that his clients feel comfortable every step of the way, from beginning to end.
When not focusing on my business relationships, I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my beautiful wife for over 25 years, our three beautiful daughters and granddaughter. We enjoy the outdoors, including hunting, fishing and golfing.
Brenda brings over 15 years of customer service experience to The Franklin Team. She has worked for United airlines for 19 years and has previous experience working with home builders and in leasing. Her outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills will ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience with her clients.
Brenda is married with 3 children and lives in the Katy area. She enjoys traveling, working out, entertaining friends and shares in her husbands passion for fast cars.
Whether buying or selling, Shelley will provide her clients with the special attention one expects of a dedicated real estate professional. Shelley joined the Franklin Team in 2009 to meet our clients' home staging needs. Shelley quickly realized she had a passion for the real estate industry and decided to become a licensed agent. She is praised most often by clients for her enthusiasm, work ethic and unwavering loyalty.
Shelley was born and raised in Houston, graduated from the University of Houston, and resides on the north side with her husband and children.
Chris is a "Naturalized Houstonian" ...he came to Houston in 1985, and naturally decided to stay! Since then, he earned his undergrad degree at UH, received an MBA from HBU, and gained extensive sales, marketing, and finance experience in a variety of fields, including Commercial Real Estate.

Chris focuses on the north side where he lives with his wife Shelley, (also a Franklin Team agent), their kids, and way too many pets. On rare occasions he's able to squeeze in a round of golf, play some guitar, or crank up his Harley.
Lance brings a diverse real estate and business background, but it all stems from his belief in serving others. He has over 25 years of negotiating complex commercial values through property tax consulting, arbitration, and litigation support for taxpayers. Additionally, Lance has been an active Realtor for over 16 years and prefers helping clients with both residential as well as farm/ranch sales. For him, this side of real estate is more rewarding and exemplifies the adage "If you do what you love, you never work a day in your life."
A devout family-man, Lance looks forward to spending time with them in the outdoors. Community stewardship is important to him, as he also donates his time to serve the citizens of Fort Bend County as a Captain (Reserve) and Instructor with the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office, with over 25 years of service.
Hepzi has worked and lived in the Houston and surrounding areas for over 35 years building a unique knowledge of multiple market areas. She began both her Real Estate sales and Mortgage origination careers in 2006. Extensive experience in both the lending process, as well as in residential transactions, provide her clients the positive experience they deserve. Clients and industry partners have always enjoyed the benefits of working with her, producing a consistent repeat and referral base. Forging long term, loyal, and trusting relationships through results is a top priority to her. Hepzi is very excited to join her husband, Lance, on The Franklin Team. Further providing her clients and partners with an even higher level of service, as well as new opportunities and products to get to closing seamlessly. The support staff and level of expertise at the Franklin Team is second to none.
On a personal note, Hepzi is committed to serving her church, family, clients, and community with honor and integrity. In her spare time, she enjoys riding their horses, fishing, and attending her daughter's rodeo competitions.
For the last 25 years, Tyler has been able to call Katy his home. Tyler was raised in a "Real Estate Family" with both his Mother and Father as top producing Real Estate agents for over 40 years. Tyler has been a licensed agent for 2 years and is apart of the RE/MAX 100% club. While using knowledge and experience passed on from his family, Tyler pursued and obtained a B.A. in Marketing from Nicholls State University in May 2015. In addition to academics, Tyler participated as a 4-year letterman for the Nicholls State University Football team.
Tyler enjoys the outdoors, along with spending time with his family.
Tim joins The Franklin Team with over 15 years of experience of selling real estate. He has earned many repeat sales and referrals which has lead him to achieve such awards as being inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Platinum Club and RE/MAX Rookie of the Year. Real estate is Tim's passion and his clients can attest to that which is why we are excited that he joined our team. Tim is a Native Houstonian & graduated in 1996 from Texas A&M where he played baseball for the Aggies-Gig'em!
In Tim's free time he enjoys watching his daughters sporting events and traveling to New Braunfels with his family and friends. You might even see him on the golf course when time permits!
Eric's #1 priority is providing a seamless home buying/selling experience. In the last 4 years in real estate Eric has been a Top Producer every year helping more people each year to reach their goals. Eric takes the time to thoroughly inform & educate his clients providing constant communication throughout the process. A Texas native, Eric moved back to Houston in 2011, after living in Dallas for 10 years to find the city of Houston and its surrounding areas had grown into a unique and fascinating hub of international travel and business. When The Morton's are not working for their clients they are playing with their daughter & two snugly pit-bull babies, traveling, going to concerts & sporting events, at the gym, and enjoying the outdoors.
A Houstonian for over 35 years, Susanne Pizzitola specializes in residential sales and leasing, new construction, high-rise condominiums, townhomes and lot sales. Susanne's knowledge of Houston and the surrounding suburbs is a true asset to her clients. As a deeply involved resident in the areas she serves, Susanne offers unique in-depth market knowledge. Prior to a career in real estate, Susanne spent over 20 years in the telecommunications industry with a focus on customer service, sales, marketing, and most importantly, building relationships. Susanne is married with one son. Her husband has been building homes in and around the Houston area for 35 years and her son is majoring in Business at the University of Texas. When she is not working, Susanne spends her time volunteering and serving on the board of a horse sanctuary, playing golf and tennis and spending time with friends and family.

He graduated from Sam Houston State University with his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. He has lived and worked in Houston and the surrounding areas for 45 years. Jimmy loves personal time with his wife and kids. He also enjoys playing golf and watching Astros, Texans and Rockets games.
Lea has joined The Franklin Team as a Marketing/Builder Relations team member for the Home Buyout Program. She comes with several years experience in HR/Recruiting from the corporate world. She values customer service and client relations.
Lea graduated from Abilene Christian University and resides on the North side of Houston with her 3 children. She enjoys reading, traveling, sports, and attending all of her children's various activities. She also owns a small photography business that specializes in children and family photography.
Carrie joins The Franklin Team with 7 years of experience in the real estate industry. As a former New Home Sales Counselor, Carrie knows firsthand how well the Home Buyout Program works. She takes that experience as she markets the programs to our builder clients throughout Houston.
Carrie is a native Houstonian, graduated from Texas Tech in 2007 with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and currently resides in the Memorial area with her husband and young daughter. In her free time, you can find her trying new recipes in the kitchen, working out and entertaining friends and family.
Tiffiny joins The Franklin Team as a Business Development Professional, excited to share the opportunity of The Buyout Program with our clients. She comes to us with valuable marketing experience in The Mortgage/Real Estate Industry. As a former counselor, Tiffiny values the importance of building strong, trusting, meaningful relationships with our clients. As a native Houstonian, Tiffiny graduated with a BA in Education and a Masters Degree in Counseling from Sam Houston State University.
Residing in The Woodlands with her 3 children, Tiffiny enjoys fitness, music, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
Debbie grew up in west Houston and graduated from Southwestern University in Georgetown. In 2002 she started her full time career in Real Estate in the northeast, where she lived for 15 years, having dual licenses in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. After returning home in 2015 she continued her real estate career with a large team, closing about 70 listings each year.
Debbie is married with a blended family of six children and enjoys traveling, cooking, reading and pure barre classes in her free time.
Kim has over 27 years experience in the real estate industry and has been with The Franklin Team since 1996. She will assist you with any questions you might have during the closing process.
Kim loves spending time with her family, friends and her Labrador Retriever.
Kathy has 4 years experience in financial planning and has worked with The Franklin Team since 2006. Kathy will assist you with any questions concerning your listing until we have an executed contract on your home. She is also in charge of processing the offers we receive on all of our listings.
Kathy enjoys reading, gardening, traveling, cooking and spending time with her kids.
Elizabeth is the listing coordinator for all the office's new listings. She schedules the photography appointments, gathers information about each home and enters all the information in to MLS.
Elizabeth grew up in Katy and attended Texas A&M University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and weekend trips to the ranch and Matagorda.
Natalie is our receptionist. She assists with phone calls, acquiring feedback, and confirming appraisal & inspection appointments.
Natalie enjoys spending time raising her daughter, working in her flowerbeds and reading books.
Eileen is a licensed real estate broker with over 20 years experience in real estate including leasing, rental management, buying and selling. She assists in our closing department. Eileen has a bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Houston.
She enjoys spending time with her grandbaby and the rest of the family, attending UH football games and going to a variety of events in the Houston area.
As our Internal Sales Specialist, Lisa joined The Franklin Team developing our customer relationships, streamlining processes, and staying connected to customers. Lisa brings a work ethic of serving people to the best of her ability and appreciating the opportunity to do so.
Lisa and her family are from Scotland, living in the US for the last 12 years and is now very happy to call Houston home! Lisa has 3 children and in her spare time she enjoys Yoga, playing tennis and squash, and reading!
Stacy Klein is a listing coordinator and has worked in the real estate industry since 2001.
Originally from New Orleans, she has made Katy her home for over 20 years. Stacy enjoys traveling and spending time with family & friends.
Kaye is our weekend receptionist. Her background is in the Mortgage Industry. Kaye and her husband have 2 grown boys who all share the LOVE of baseball. She enjoys traveling with her family to the mountains and in her spare time, she loves to spend time with her granddaughter and read.
Drew Distefano comes to us from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. After a successful Olympic & Broadway careers, Drew is ready for the newest chapter of his life.
Drew now lives in Katy with his family and 2 dogs.
