Cancellation | Deposit is fully refundable until the date of ground breaking. A final date for ground breaking will be sent once confirmed. Communication of the ground breaking date will occur prior to ground breaking.

*Builder reserves the right to cancel reservation at any time, without prior notice. Refund of the full deposit will be honored if cancellation is builder’s decision.
