Sarah Savard is Co-Owner of The Franklin Team and a 2006 graduate of Texas A&M University. She has built her entire real estate career with the team, beginning in 2007 and growing into a leadership role that has helped shape one of the top-performing residential real estate teams in Texas.
After taking the reins alongside her brother, Andrew, Sarah helped lead the team through a decade of significant growth — more than tripling both team size and production. Her experience in building, scaling, and leading a high-performing business gives her clients and agents the advantage of proven systems, strong strategy, and consistent results.
Sarah understands that buying or selling a home is often the largest financial transaction a person will make. Her clear communication style, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to her clients help create smooth, successful transactions from start to finish.
Throughout her career, Sarah has earned numerous industry recognitions and is respected for her leadership, professionalism, and dedication to both her clients and team. As part of eXp Realty, she collaborates with and mentors agents while contributing to a culture centered on growth and shared success. Sarah is also the co-founder of a title company.
Outside of real estate, Sarah loves spending time with her family, including her husband, Matt, daughter, Logan, and son, Jack. In her free time, she enjoys working out, shopping, and traveling to new destinations.

Before stepping into her current role as Vice President of Growth & Listings at The Franklin Team, Danielle built a dynamic career as a Listing Agent and leading high-performing Inside Sales Teams.
Within The Franklin Team, Danielle has worn many hats: Sales Manager, Listing Specialist, and now VP of Growth. She leads the Listing and Inside Sales Teams, guiding agents from the first appointment to the closing table — coaching them on scripts, accountability, time blocking, and overall professional growth.
